As a certified yoga teacher, group fitness instructor, and nutrition coach, my goal is to help people find balance.
We all feel our best when we strike that balance between healthy eating habits, daily movement/exercise, and nervous system regulating practices (mindfulness, meditation, recovery) that works best for us - as unique individuals.
